Biography
Eric Eversgerd is an accomplished real estate broker, a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) executive leader and is a third-generation real estate entrepreneur based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Eric is widely respected for his leadership in brokerage management, agent development, and strategic growth. Eric has mentored real estate agents, brokers and professionals, assisted with building high-performing teams focused on exceptional client service and long-term success.
As the founder of the Eversgerd Real Estate Group, Eric has worked closely with buyers, sellers and investors to navigate market conditions and maximize equity that also builds sustainable real estate businesses. His expertise spans from residential sales, agent development, brokerage market analysis and entrepreneurial strategy development, giving him a unique ability to see opportunities where others see uncertainty. Eric is particularly recognized for his ability to simplify complex market dynamics and translate them into clear, actionable plans. Eric is deeply involved in real estate industry leadership at both the local and state levels, serving on the Boards of Directors for MetroTex Association of REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS®, North Texas Real Estate Information Network (NTREIN: MetroTex MLS), and the North Texas Real Estate Information System (NTREIS: North Texas MSL).
